The spatial concept solution implies that the facility is treated as a single unit, connected in the 3rd floor level above the pedestrian-piercing penetration through the site, which carries the pool with the associated deck. The building is oriented as much as possible towards the open public space, right towards the square a specific treatment of the facade in two planes has been developed, between which a system of terraces, green roofs and multi-storey air spaces is being developed. The last floor is intended for exclusive penthouse apartments.
